  To preface this, my teeth are relatively straight but I have an overbite. Definitely not a lost cause that's for sure. First you quoted me 6 grand for braces on top & bottom. Come back about 8 months later and it's 6 grand just for the top teeth? OK, fine, will still go ahead. Just called to cancel my appt tonight because I'm not well and going to a GP instead (receptionist even going as far as to comment that I sounded unwell) and they still want to apply a $50 cancellation fee. I don't understand all these great reviews about the reasonable prices and service. The services are on the more expensive side but this didn't bother me because I'm willing to pay for a good job, too bad the service is stiff - can't even waive a small fee as a discretion, particularly when I've been to the practice a few times, I'm not a new patient/customer *and* I know you have a waiting list for cancellations, its not like its lost revenue.. Sorry Jolvin, on top of that you made fun of my buck teeth! I laughed it off, but you should be careful with what you say, some people are super sensitive about their teeth. I'll take my $ elsewhere, sorry guys

  A big thanks to Dr Lee and the staff at Tooth Heaven.
  After completing my orthodontic treatment with him, I now find myself really happy with the results. The staff are also extremely friendly and I highly recommend this place to everyone.
  Thanks to Tooth Heaven, I can now finally smile with confidence...
